Mission:
New Faces and Terror Beyond
Location: Xavier's Quarters
Timeline: Orbit of Earth
With everything going on it was good to have some down time, tensions were high after the last mission and nerves frayed. Captain Havrelli had been reassigned, we were not told why but we all knew it had something to do with what happened during the last mission. It came as no surprise that mass debriefings were had by almost everyone that had a direct part in what happened including Xavier.
Determined not to let it get him down he turned his attention to more important things. BJ.
Since she had come on board his world had turned upside down, inside out and every which way possible. Not that he minded because this actually felt alot better and it seemed she was bringing out the better parts of him. She was caring yet understanding, passionate yet serious, driven yet surprising what what surprised him is that she chose him to be with. Xavier never really thought of himself as anything special outside of a medical bay or hospital ward but yet BJ took the man, not the Doctor, and made him hers.
Xavier decided that he'd like to spend some time with her and so prepared dinner for her. Even pulling a few strings with helm to position the ship so that his quarters had a view of Earth. Once the table was set he grabbed a shower, shaved, dressed and prepared. He told the computer to send a message to his partner...
Dinner?
BJ had just came out of the fresher, her hair still wet and only a towel wrapped around her. She had opted a cross between a sonic and real shower to help get rid of the stress of the previous days and admitted that while it had helped, what she needed was time with Xavier.
She was just drying her hair when the terminal beeped to alert her of an incoming message and went to check it. Just one word from Xavier, but it made her feel better immediately. Sure, give me a bit she sent back with a smile.
Rather than get dressed up for something private between them, she opted for a black body suit that hugged her curves, a pair of knee high black boots and a half faux leather jacket. Once she was dressed, BJ headed to Xavier's quarters and pressed the chime. She could have let herself in, but she didn't want to be rude.
"It's open." Xavier called out as he stood behind the counter placing the cooked food on heaters to keep warm in case she didn't want to eat straight away. He looked up and saw her. "Wow." Good thing Xavier was not holding anything sharp. "You look......incredibly...." Xavier didn't finish the sentence but the whimper look on his face, the drop of the shoulders, tilt of the head and the melting appearance spoke volumes.
BJ came in and smiled at the look on his face as she removed her half jacket to hang on a hook. She approached him slowly with a gleam in her eyes before she stood in front of him. "I could say the same, but I think I'll show you instead," she said before she wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a long, soft kiss.
Xavier put his arms around her slender frame and held her close to him as he melted and poured himself into the affectionate kiss bestowed upon him. When the kiss broke he tapped her rear with his hand. "Behave until dessert, I have a surprise for you." A grin developed on his face as he held her. "I was not sure what you wanted so I made a selection." Lifting each lid in turn with one hand while keeping the other around her.
"Lobster Frittata with light dressing of caviar. Next we have Wagyu Rib-Eye steak, Anqi Pho Soup or Angelito Golden Sushi. To finish we have Frozen Haute Chocolate Icecream or the surprise selection."
A groan of pleasure at the smells combined with a growl of hunger coming from her stomach made her chuckle and she took a moment to look over everything. "A surprise selection?" she asked, curious. "Now I'm tempted to wait for the surprise. As good as the rest of this looks, I'm certain that it will blow mere chocolate ice cream out of the water. You've certainly surprised me with all of this. I had no idea."
"A true artist doesn't reveal all in the first stroke." Reluctantly Xavier let her go. Handing her a plate and everything else on the table. "Please help yourself, I don't know what you like so have as much or little as you like." He opened a chiller. Red and white wine.
BJ removed her boots and set them aside before she sat down at the table. "I'm not even sure what I should go for first," she admitted. "This looks like enough for four people." Still, she reached for the Lobster Frittata with a helping of caviar, then a Wagyu steak. After that, she cook a bowl of the Anqi Pho soup and settled back. "A true artist, hmm? I'll have to remember that, Mister Patrovski," she said with a wink. "To be honest though, I've kept a few things secret as well."
"Oh?" Xavier said in reply. "May l ask what?" He also served himself a bit of a variety but was also attentive to BJ.
"Now I couldn't tell you that," she said with a laugh as she reached for her fork. "If I did, it wouldn't be a surprise, would it?"
"Ohhh. Like that is it?" Xavier spoke as he sat at the table opposite her. "I guess I shouldn't serve the red....sodium thiopental would be an unfortunate addition to such a tasty meal." Xavier smirked and winked at her.
"I seem to recall someone saying that an artist doesn't reveal all on the first stroke," BJ quipped with a twinkle in her eyes. "Unless that first stroke is so good that you can't help but spill everything." She paused to take a bite of her food and winked at him. "That would made it the last meal if you did, though and I think you really like dessert."
"I think you enjoy the idea that I can cook, play the piano, in a profession that requires skilled hands and said skilled hands get actively used on you." He returned as he ate.
"I do, actually," she said as she dug into her meal with a passion. "I'm positively spoiled and now I have to make plans." She sighed. "It's always so bothersome to falsify transporter logs, too."
Xavier gave her a puzzled look. "What do you mean?" He asked having paused in eating his meal.
"Having to hide the bodies," BJ said as she took a sip of her wine. "Wide beam dispersal is best for that, but it leaves transporter logs."
"I'm sure you will be fine." He continued to eat his select meal as the minutes passed. "I didn't disturb anything when I invited you did I? I felt like with everything that had gone on we could use some time together."
"Not at all," she said with a smile as she dug into her steak with a moan that sounded more lustful than appreciative of the incredible steak. "I don't really know anyone yet and I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to spend more time with you."
"Is it me, or that steak you almost seemed to flush red over?" Xavier smiled glad at least she was enjoying her meal. He was also glad that the selection was suitable since he was not really sure of her likes and dislikes, but she seemed to take a piece of everything.
BJ looked up and reached for her wine to take a drink before she responded. "I haven't had cooking this good since I bribed the Captain's mess cook on my last assignment," she said. "Imagine the Captain's surprise when he discovered that no, he didn't have the filet mignon that he had been saving for a special occasion."
"Then you truly are being spoiled by me then." Xavier smiled. "I may have to put you under observation to monitor your condition, see if there is any lasting effects." Playing the playful Doctor for a moment. "But I'm glad you like it, I admit I was a little worried because I didn't know what you liked, so I branched out abit."
"Xavier, can I ask you a question since we're back at Earth?" she asked as she took another bite of her food. "The food is delicious as you are, in case you were wondering."
"Alright." Glad it was not the food that was the issue, I did wonder if I used too little seasoning on the steak.
BJ hesitated for a moment as she martialed her thoughts and took a breath. "It concerns Medical," she started. "And you, being in Medical, have a distinct advantage of being a highly trained Doctor. Not to mention the excellent bedside manner that you have both in Sickbay and bed. So....would you consider taking up the mantel of Chief Medical Officer before someone else takes it? It would be a definite notch in your career to be able to list that on what is going to be a flagship."
"I'll give you a point for the in bed comment." Xavier spoke. "But why is it important about what I do? Im still the same guy, still the same Doctor now as I would be as the Chief Medical Officer." Xavier thought. "Is it something that you are worried about, someone not your equal in rank or on the Senior Staff?" Wondering if his presence in her life was causing her problems.
"If I gave a shit about that, Xav, I wouldn't be with you," she said. "I want everything for you and I know you deserve the position. Besides, if you do go for the spot, you'd be Senior Staff and you just might get a promotion on top of it. Not to mention writing medical texts to submit to medical journals and have access to cutting edge ideas that could save more lives."
Xavier thought for a moment. He could understand her position, people who care about others do want whats best for them, he understood that. "I've been trying to avoid it because before you I was actually considering resigning and opening a private practice. I was alone, far too invested in my work."
He put his knife and fork together for a moment. "Since you came along, everything had been turned upside down. Every day I wonder what you, stunning, sexy and beautiful as you incredibly are is doing with a guy like me. I sometimes wonder have I punched so far out of my league that fate just gave me a break. Then I look at whats happened, you have not tried to change me, who I am or what I do, you accept me as I am and want to see me grow."
Another pause. "Would it mean that much to you if I took it?"
"It would mean more to you," she said. "Just think, if you had resigned to open a private practice, we wouldn't be together and your life wouldn't be turned upside down. You're a smart, funny, handsome, caring person, Xav and I think Starfleet losing you would be a great shame. Besides, I would be all alone on this big ship with no one to heal me if I got hurt who has your expertise."
Xavier smiled. "What ever would you do then?" Xavier smiled as he thought. Maybe with new things comes new changes. He had a very fine woman who was simply mind blowing. Attractive, sensual, sexual and just gave life a new meaning for him. "How about, I think about it and answer in the morning."
"I would probably die of some hideous wound to the heart," BJ said while she batted her big brown eyes at him before reaching for her fork and the Lobster Fritttata again. "If you can still walk in the morning, I'll know your answer."
"We shall see who can walk, you don't know what the surprise option is." Xavier winked hoping she'd like it.
"Is that so, lover boy?" BJ asked with a raised eyebrow as she took a spoonful of the Anqi Pho soup. "If I can't walk you take the position. If you can't walk, you take the position. Sound like a fair bet?"
"You are talking a big game there there sweetheart." Xavier put his empty plate on the kitchen counter and pulled out two small boxes, containers from the storage by his knees. These were the desserts, which she chose was up to her once she was ready for it. "Just make sure you can deliver."
"So, you're agreeable to it?" she asked as she looked at the two containers that he brought out and sniffed to see if she could get the scents from them. She was tempted to put her soup aside, but he had made it and it was good, so she would finish it. "And...I always deliver."
"How about....If I can't walk, I'll take the position. If you can't walk, I'll take the position AND.....you move in with me to my new quarters that senior staff get?" Xavier threw down his call, did she have the cards to see him?
"Ohhhh," BJ said, her eyes going wide. "Aren't we an all or nothing kind of guy?" she asked him with a mischievous grin. "Looks like I'll have to break out my Pilates moves."
"Well, you want me to make a major change in my career. Seems only fair that you match the stakes." Xavier opened one box that had the Chocolate icecream within, he only cracked it open but enough to let the aroma waft out. "Hmm smells good." His hand rested on the other box.
She gave an evil chuckle as she finished her soup and inhaled the chocolatey aroma before she got up and went to his terminal. "Computer, display Pilates position twenty-six," she instructed it. When it came up on the screen, she stepped aside so he could see it. "Are these stakes high enough?" she asked him.
Xavier got up holding the surprise option in his hand and went to the console to see what she called up. It was possible to see him see it, consider it and then split off into a partial melt, the erotic thoughts on it, his medical mind working how to turn that to his advantage and still allow her to enjoy it.
BJ looked over and could almost see the wheels turning in his head. "Did I ever tell you that I'm also into gymnastics?" she asked teasingly as she approached him slowly. "It's not a big feat for me to lock my legs behind my head while hanging off a bar."
"Did you know that I'm a qualified Masseur, within 4 minutes I can stimulate nerve clusters that will heighten sensation and touch for nearly 30 minutes or more in...." Giving her a provocative once over with his eyes. "Multiple areas, all from just your back and sides."
"Is that so?" she asked in a sultry voice. "I'm just dying for a good massage. It's been so long since I've had one and you have me so curious about how good you really are." She leaned in as if to give him a kiss, then moved her head at the last moment and slid her tongue along the side of his throat.
Xavier sighed, even moaned slightly at her action. It was incredible arousing but he was not out of this game just yet. "Alright, if that's how your going to play it." Xavier pushed the console out of the way. "Unzip that down your back to your waist and bend over the table." He pulled out a few bottles and set one next to the other. If she could top this, he was in trouble.
BJ turned around and moved her long brunette hair aside with one hand which reaching back with the other and pulled the zipper down slowly. When it was far enough down, she pulled her arms from the sleeves and let them fall to her waist, revealing them she wasn't wearing anything under it.
She bent over the table and wiggled her hips while looking over her shoulder at him. "Like this?" she asked.
"Just like that." Xavier said admiring the view. He stepped behind her and pressed his waist to hers, his own arousal plainly felt. He began to massage her back preparing her, putting those skilled and talented hands of his to use. A few minutes was all he needed. He used one oil on her back rubbing it in, an ever so slight warmth to relax. "Don't move."
He walked to the replicator and fetched a glass and a small painters brush. He poured a clear, odourless liquid into it. "Now, relax." He dipped the brush into the liquid and then ran it down her back. The liquid triggered the oil he rubbed into her back resulting in a slightly cooler feeling spidering out a little ways from the contact point. Like an ice cube to the skin it fizzled and then stopped. "Now just imagine what I could do with this, 4 minutes, my skills, hands and you naked?"
When BJ felt him pressed up against her and how aroused he was, she couldn't help but wiggle her hips again while still looking back at him. When he began to paint the liquid on her, she shivered in delight and moaned his name as if he were a sex god and she was a willing worshiper.
Still, she resisted the need that was beginning to burn in her and turned to face him, her bare chest pressed against his. "I'm thinking that we've forgotten about dessert," she said, her voice husky. "Unless you want me to eat it off of you."
Feeling her body pressed against him, her voice, her hip movements against him. "I'm not finished with you yet." He leaned forward and kissed her neck then ran the brush up her side with his other hand setting off another reaction. "Oops."
She shivered and pressed against him more while she brought one hand down between them and groped the object of his desire. If he could play, she definitely could play. "Is it like that?" she whispered in his ear.
Xavier visibly sighed pleasurably, but he had one last ditch effort, one final play before his arsenal had run dry. With one hand he grabbed the close by bottle of oil, with two fingers of the other and between them he pulled on her attire not gathered about her waist out a bit, then poured some of the oil down her front which would lead to her waist. He dipped his fingers in the activator liquid. "I wonder what would happen, cold probably as it fizzles, since it's not rubbed in." Threatening to stick it down the front of her clothing.
"Ohhhh, you better not," BJ warned him. "if you don't rub that in, I'll find a way to make sure you stay bluer than an Andorian in the coldest part of Andor."
Xavier smiled lifting the clean hand. "Lay down then....and I will."
