Mission: Unknown Life, Unknown Dangers
Location: Samantha's Quarters

Things had been going well between Annabelle and Samantha, at least that was how Sam saw it. Anna was being patient, supportive of the transition that Sam was making in her new same gender relationship and Sam enjoyed it. Since arriving to Earth the new CO, someone by the name of Commodore Hood allowed the crew some time off. Most obviously left the ship to relax on a planet with real air, real ground and real food.

For Sam though she remained on board and right now was preparing a small light meal. She had invited Anna over to share it with her, TV feeds and streams were on the monitors as she struggled to find something good for a sort of movie night.

Sam was still getting used to instigating things, Anna was supportive in her efforts and Sam had to admit to herself that the holodeck treat to the clothing store did help bolster he self appearance especially when it came to the lingerie that was obtained from the outing. That said and done however Sam wanted to ask Anna a few things, things that being in orbit of home had a tendency to change things.

Annabelle arrived a few minutes early and approached the door to Samantha's quarters. The door open with a chime to announce her arrival to give time so that Samantha could be prepped to receive her in a non-awkward moment. "Heyas Beautiful!" Annabelle sang out spying Sammy and approaching her to give Sam a hug and a kiss.

"Hey Babe." Samantha returned the kiss and leaned into the hug. "So, just so you know this isn't something fancy or anything like that. Just a light meal, with a view and company." She hoped that was ok and that Anna was up for a snack.

"Not a problem," Annabelle spoke, letting the hug linger longer than necessary. "The view is always great with you around." With a warm smile and another kiss that was passionate on Samantha's lips.

If Sam was to look back a year from now, there was no way she'd even consider a relationship let alone one with another woman. It just didn't cross her mind. She could admire the male and female form but it never really went beyond that. Now though Anna was bringing things forward and Sam was embracing it. The kiss pressed, developed into a full blown kiss teaming with passion while her hands rested on Anna's sides holding her to herself.

After the lengthy kiss, Annabelle stepped back, still keeping one hand on Samantha's waist. She enjoyed Samantha presence and like the way she held herself. "You planning on visiting Sol-3, Earth?"

"No, its only for a night, rumours are we ship in the morning so no point. Besides, everything I need is right here." Sam smiled as she held Anna and with her free hand served the small meal. "So, what drink would you like?"

"Milk. I'm kinda of a health nut." Anna helped by being the other arm for Samantha. Liking the way she was held as they prepped the small meal. She gently rubbed Samantha lower back as she helped.

Sam released Anna and walked to the replicator for a glass of milk and water for herself. "So have you seen or heard of this new Commodore on board?"

"All I've heard rumors and speculations on him that he is a playboy and skirt chaser. Wanna go track him down and see what he looks like?" Anna hoped otherwise. "Unfortunately my job position doesn't warrant me to meet with Senior Command Crew." She took a seat at the table. "

"Thanks but no, I don't need my skirt chased." Sam set the food on the table and sat down too. "I also heard we have some new department heads but I've yet to meet any of them. No doubt I will once a meeting is called."

Annabelle smiled, "Just tell him, I've caught you first." Reaching out and giving Samantha hand a gentle squeeze. "You're mine for however long you want me to hang out with you."

"That is an arrangement I can live with." Sam spoke as she looked at Anna. "Did you want to stay the night?" Sam asked, not often they would get the chance to enjoy prime view like this of Earth.

Annabelle nodded, giving Samantha's hand a gentle squeeze and a sultry look. "I'd love to." ...
