Mission: The Emerald Road
Location: Orion Corvette

A small form huddled with a ragged blanket sat in the corner of a small room on the Orion Corvette that she had been on since her abduction from Utopia Planetia. She felt cold, damp and tired, but her emerald eyes still blazed just as fiercely as they had when she was the Emerald Empress. No one could break her spirit even if they broke her body.

She cleared her throat and a raspy sound came out before she cleared it again. Her captors had been taking turns starving her and denying her any form of liquids to the point where she had to be medicated and treated once more.

Vashkele cleared her throat again and closed her eyes before she brought up an image of Will and began to sing.

The final words came from her throat before the door slammed open and a burly Nausicaan entered and cracked his knuckles. "Some people," he growled. "Just don't learn." With a smile that said he was going to enjoy the next few minutes more than the diminutive Orion was an understatement and he stepped forward to begin his work.
