Mission: Unknown Life, Unknown Dangers
Location: The Pink Kitty Club

Sam had just handed over the notification that 1st Lieutenant Grace Mills had just been offered the Captaincy of the 73rd Recon Unit. It was a hard earned reward for nearly 12 years distinguished service and Sam was glad to have been part of that journey. Everyone was happy for her, it was always a happy moment when one of their own moves on wards and upwards to better things.

As it was just a few minutes before knock off one of the marines suggested checking out the new Pink Kitty Club that many had heard of. "Hey, why don't we go to that club, get a few drinks to celebrate."

As much as Samantha wasn't much of a drinker she didn't want to let that get in the way of the moment. "Alright." Cheers erupted and the party of 6 headed out, laughter, jokes and all.

The Pink Kitty Club.

Everyone arrived still in high spirits as they laughed and joked during the short Turbolift ride. When they saw the sign all pink and bright they knew they reached the right place. As they neared one of the girls in the group spoke up. "Hey, isn't there an Orion in here, I heard....." Grace trailed off.

"Heard what?" One of the men spoke with a grin. "Come on Grace...heard what?"

"Nothing.." She blushed.

"Oh my god, you think she's hot." One chuckled.

"Alright leave her alone." Sam smiled trying to deflect the attention. She felt for Grace especially since she too was in a same sex relationship and knew that for some that was a prime point to tease about. She lead the group in and the music could be heard which helped lighten the mood some more. They all stood at the entrance taking in the view and for the men, the dancers too.

To the left of the entrance after a walk down a short hallway was a large bar with pink lighting and seats with a female Bolian and an Andorian Shen bartender wearing hot pink bikinis stood behind the bar serving the patrons with a wide variety of liquors from across the Federation.

A Betazoid wearing a hot pink bikini danced on the purple stage and a Vulcan wearing a electric blue bikini danced on the pink stage. A Orion woman wearing a elaborate and nearly see through green gown approached the group that had just entered and smiled.

"Welcome to The Pink Kitty," she said. "My name is Vashkele and I'm the owner and the hostess. How may I help you this evening?"

If it were not for the slightly darker lighting than outside Grace would have been seen turning many shades of red. Vashkele really was very attractive and quiet beautiful.

It came as no surprise that the males were enamoured by the Orion as she neared. "We are celebrating, Grace here just got her Captaincy." Samantha spoke breaking the moment the men were having over Vashkele.

"Congratulations, Captain," Vash said with a bright white smile which stood out against her green skin. Her emerald eyes flashed at the others and she stepped aside. "Drinks are on the house for you this evening, but a word of warning: I don't serve synthohol here. Would you care for seating by the bar, the stage or a booth?"

"Stage." The quad of men spoke in unison. "Booth." The girls replied. It came as no surprise that as soon as flesh was seen the men because magnets to it, Grace saw it and Samantha did too. "Let the boy have some fun, us girls can entertain ourselves."

Vash smiled and motioned for the Andorian Shen bartender who was also wearing a hot pink bikini to seat the men while she led the women over to a booth that had a small device and a PADD set into the table itself. "Would you to order drinks now or would you prefer a few minutes to decide?" she asked. "Also, if you desire privacy, just press the button on the device in the center of the table and your words will go no further than the booth."

"A few moments please." Samantha spoke with a smile. Sam looked at Grace. "Are you ok?"

"Of course," Vash smiled and headed to check on another table to give the Marine women time to themselves.

"I'm ok, maybe it's the music but starting to get a headache." Grace tried to smile it off. Sam wondered the same, she felt similar but wondered if for herself it was just a busy day or a long one. She saw the men oogling one of the dancers. "She's beautiful."

"She's also dating the Commodore." Sam replied to see Grace visibly pout at her words.

Meanwhile, the PADD lit up with a image of a pink kitty on a pillow and a drinks menu showed up under it.

"Why is it all the nice women are taken?" Grace pouted once again as she looked over the menu. "Do you think I could get a kiss, before I leave the ship?"

"Wow you really are hooked aren't you?" Samantha replied.

"What?" Grace spoke softly. "You are dating a woman, you know what it's like. The gentleness, softness, so tender."

Sam smirked, Grace was right though as Annabelle ticked all those boxes for her.

Vash made her rounds and cast a glance back towards the Marines and arched an eyebrow in their direction to see if they needed her for anything. She paused to playfully swat at the hand of a male who reached for her behind and leaned down to whisper something in his ear that caused his face to turn bright red.

Sam and Grace giggled like little girls as the two spoke about women. "You could always ask."

"Are you kidding? The Commodore would keelhaul me..." Grace blurted out. "You know the rules, you don't play around with someones else partner."

"I don't think a single kiss counts." Sam replied.

"Hush, you will get me in trouble before I even get Captain." Grace shyly spoke trying to not look at Vash or Sam.

Meanwhile on stage, the Betazoid gyrated her hips for the men while bending over nearly backwards, her long black hair whipping back and forth to the music while she balanced with her arms. The Vulcan worked the pole, her strong arms gripping it while she slid around it before she wrapped one leg around it and released it with her arms, presenting herself upside down to the men.

Sam smiled and waved at Vash, they were ready to order. Grace blushed still embarrassed especially now that Sam waved Vash over.

Sam could see the men enjoying themselves, cheering, clapping, general men talk and such as they were transfixed by the dancers. One looked over to Sam and Grace, gave a little wave and turned his attention back to the dancers as the sank back drinks and lost the edge the day had given everyone.

"Enjoy it while you can hun, in our profession we never know what's around the corner."

Vash returned with a smile as the women signaled that they were ready. "What can I get for you?" she asked them. "We have a house wine that is very good, as well as the regular selection of drinks."

"Something exotic, strong yet...elegant." Sam spoke. "Surprise us."

Grace smiled as she couldn't take her eyes off Vash. "Yes, please." There was a subtle whine to her voice as Grace spoke to Vash, almost lusting.

"Very well," Vash said with a smile as she took note of the Marine Captain and raised an eyebrow before she turned and headed back to the bar.

The pair of girls felt the twinge of the headache get worse. It came on so suddenly too and they didn't understand why. "Wow this music is loud." It actually wasn't the music that was the cause, that was unknown to them.

One of the men appeared from the group. "Are you ladies alright? You don't look so good."

"Headache." Grace spoke Sam nodded her agreement.

Vash returned with two fluted wine glasses that had a smokey purplish liquid in them and sat them on the table. "This is Orion Silk," she said with a wink. "It's exotic enough for the finest palettes and smooth enough for the most delicate constitution, yet strong enough for the most endurant Marine. Enjoy."

Sam's eyes lit up when she saw the drink placed on the table. "Now that looks fancy." Grace smiled at the glass before her, at Vash then the glass again.

"Thank you." Grace spoke.

The Andorian Shen bartender approached the men with a PADD. "Would you gents care for anything to drink this evening?" she asked.

"I'll have a Liquid Latinum." One marine spoke with an appreciative smile to the Andorian.

"A Mind Meld for me." Another spoke.

"Same actually for me too."

The last had another look at the menu. "I think I'll try the DT's Choc Obsession."

"Certainly," the scantily clad Andorian woman said before she headed back to the bar to make their drinks. A few minutes later, she returned and passed the drinks out to the correct recipients. Before she left, she leaned down to the one who ordered the Chocolate Obsession and whispered in his ear. "If it gets you going, I'll be off in an hour." before she headed off.

Wide eyed, mouth slightly open and a mix of shock and elation. New mission in mind, wait the hour. That didn't stop the other men hounding him about what was said but that would be kept a secret. Much to the annoyance, though brief of his comrades until the dancer once again became the focus.

Sam sipped her drink and Vash was right, ticked every box she mentioned and strong too, just as she needed. She looked at Grace who seemed to be having a little trouble with it. "Are you alright?"

"Strong." Grace spoke after swallowing. "But good."

Vash watched, then realized what was going on. "If you like, we have a variety of medications here as well for head and stomach aches," she said, figuring that her pheromones was the issue the Marine Captain was having.

"Headache." Grace spoke seeing a chance at some relief.

"Same for me if possible." Sam spoke as she sipped her drink. She saw that a group of the men were picking on one. "I wonder what's happened there?"

Grace turned to see.

"Coming right up," Vash said as she headed off towards the bar.

Meanwhile, the Betazoid dancer took a moment to scan the surface thoughts of the Marines and gave a laugh when she mentally heard what the others were thinking about the one the Shen had whispered to and she came closer to the edge of the stage while still dancing.

Vash returned with the headache medicine in a hypospray with two doses keyed and offered it to Samantha. "Your drink is on the house as well. I apologize if the atmosphere here has given you a headache."

"It's alright really, first time here so bound to happen." Sam picked up the hypospray and used it, handing it to Grace.

When this new dancer appeared and drew close to the edge the men bar one drew closer too. That one being whom the Andorian spoke to and it rang clear in his mind. The other three though enjoyed the drinks and the show, and aside from undressing the dancer with hungry eyes they were all enjoying the time here.

Sam looked at Grace. "Feeling better?" A nod gave the answer.

"Is there anything else I can get for you?" Vash asked before she cast a glance at the bar and saw her girls working the male Marines. She gave a smile and a signal to the Betazoid who nodded before she turned her attention back to the ladies.

"Some more of this...it's great." Sam spoke holding a nearly empty glass.

Grace was still nurturing a half empty glass but her enjoyment of it clear. "Yes, keep them coming." The men for the time being ignored by the girls. "Vash can I ask a question?"

Sam's eyes flew wide open. The drink was strong but surely not that strong, maybe it took Grace's edge off.

"Could I trouble you, for a single kiss before I leave the ship?"

"A kiss?" Vash blinked in surprise. It wasn't that she hadn't been with a woman before, but she was surprised by the Marine's request. "When do you leave?" she asked, neither agreeing nor turning the woman down.

"Three days." Grace replied dreading the pending shuttle flight to meet up with the supply ship that would take her to her new assignment and new opportunities.

"A shame," Vash said with a smile, but mentally shrugged. Three days was easy enough to avoid someone and the woman had taken the shot that actually made her immune to the Orion pheromones which had been giving her a headache. She looked around and lowered her voice. "I don't normally do this, but a beautiful woman such as yourself doesn't make Captain every day," she said.

Sam's eyes widened, did Vash just agree to kiss Grace? She hoped that didn't complicate things for the Commodore. She knew how men could get when a woman shows interest in another, especially so when that other is of the same sex.

She watched Grace appear to melt in the chair and was thankful for the men's attention being focused on a dancer currently.

Vash leaned in, her emerald eyes locked on Grace's before she gave her a long, slow, soft kiss that turned passionate in a second before she bit her bottom lip and tugged with her teeth before she pulled back and released. "Now, Captain," she said with a smile. "I'll get those drinks for you."

Oh My God..... Sam was stunned to motionless as she watched the kiss, she let out a little breath as she watched. Such a moment and it made her need Annabelle. It struck her like a slap to the face and watching Grace and Vash swept through her like a storm.

Grace didn't respond, only swooned and sighed in what appeared to be a moment of unshatterable bliss.

Vash winked and headed off to get a refill for the women, confident that she would have more regular guests soon.
